After building a strong relationship with one of our clients, the opportunity arose to produce a microsite for the Discovery Channel. The channel was then, launching in Turkey and so to support this, our client had designed number of web pages to showcase the shows being broadcast. These designs were handed over along with a basic site map ready for development. Working to a tight time frame and budget, we put fingers to keys and set to work.

The site featured promotional imagery for many well known Discovery Channel shows as well as YouTube hosted video snippets . The 960 grid system was utilised for smart, effective page layout, a JQuery slide show was implemented for the main home page with CSS being heavily utilised across the board to ensure design accuracy and correct type-facing where possible.
