Script This joined forces with Carbon Credentials in 2018 to provide development expertise to build out a new energy performance platform. Their mantra of enabling a global low carbon economy was to be driven forward by a ground up rebuild of their Assured Data Analytics Platform (ADAPt).

In our year plus tenure, we delivered a vast array of features including a subscription based email alert system for equipment runtimes, a Facebook-style web commenting engine for page level commentary and a custom single sign-on user auth using bespoke adapters & providers. These were suppported by an internal hardware management toolset including equipment listings, stock level dashboards, site level device maps of BMS / IoT hardware plus a heartbeat-style device monitoring system utilising token auth.

Additional responsibilities came in the form of developing and mentoring members of the Tech and Data Integrity teams, supporting Python training, test driven development (unit and integration level) and GIT workflows.

The new platform was released mid-summer 2018 to appease the shortcomings of the previous and has become the trusted, single source of truth for the entire business with bi-weekly feature release cycles.
